For international orders (outside the Netherlands), I highly recommend using 17track.net to monitor your shipment. Once the package crosses the border, it is handed over to the local postal service, and tracking will continue on their website. 17track merges these updates, making it easier to follow your order’s progress.

Shipping costs are depending on your location, weight of the package and the value of the package due insurance. During checkout the exact cost will be shown.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours during working days, if its weekend the orders will be shipped on the following working day.

Purchases of Physical Goods are might be eligible for refund if the product has been damaged during shipment and it's proven that the damage occurred due mishandling by the delivery partner and/or the product is not in a functional state.
